A story about two catholic gay men in the 1970s experience a heart to heart conversation questioning their beliefs and their identity. From the beginning of this project, I knew I wanted this scene to be taken seriously and to tackle mature topics that I don't typically go for. During this project, I was able to use my character acting skills to show these two men in a difficult time of their lives. The initial concept for When Doves Cry was them to be in a bathhouse together during the Crusader times. I made a version of them with clothes and without in case I decided in the final to use these designs.
